Simply put in a joint venture, we will together supply homes and home finance to Aussie Families.
Deposit Power
How much interest is the bank paying you today on your hard earned savings? Even after all the interest rate rises we have had, the banks don't pay us much on our savings. Deposit power can be part of a savings strtegy, because we pay a great interest rate and because its secured by a mortgage on bricks and morter it "as safe as houses"
Equity Partnership
Well just to recap - We never have enough houses in stock to meet the demands of our qualified applicants. So one of the ways we can solve this problem is to find equity partners who own property already.
